Whitson Well provides promotional items for Chili’s, Bennigan’s, T-Mobile and numerous other corporate clients. Robbie Weinberg, founder of Whitson Well Promotional Marketing, operated the marketing side of his business from a leased location on Central Expressway. He manufactured and shipped product from a separate leased facility closer to downtown Dallas. Knowing it would be more efficient to operate from a single location and needing the extra space for his rapidly growing company, Weinberg was planning to purchase a building as soon as the right opportunity arose.

When the owner of the downtown building decided to sell; Weinberg was ready to buy. Dissatisfied with the floating interest rates offered by his banker, Weinberg went into action to find the most advantageous rate and term for his loan. Enter, Keith Goodman with Temecula Valley Bank, a commercial real estate lender. Together, Alliance Lending and Keith provided a fixed rate for the loan, great service and a quick close.

Weinberg said "the business has added new products, provided a break room for employees, and increased our inventory and shipping area. Even better, a portion of the building is still being leased to the previous tenant and provides additional cash flow."
