James Stokes, Jr.
James is the Executive Director of Alliance Lending Corporation and is actively involved in numerous community projects and industry affairs. Most recently, James was voted President of the regional organization, North Texas Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NTAGGL). He also serves as the Secretary of the National Association of Developoment Companies (NADCO). Both associations have a mission of keeping the interest of borrowers and lenders in the forefront of our legislators in Washington, D.C. Don Davenport
As a former Chief of Finance for the District Office of Houston, Don's specialty is "creative finance". He has been developing relationships with bankers and processing 504 loans for so long, we don't quite know when he was hired. Although Don now spends more time at his ranch in Cameron, he continues to actively promote the 504 loan program in the Waco-Temple-Austin and San Antonio area.
Tony Sivo
As a Loan Officer, Tony spends the majority of his time analyzing, underwriting,and structuring loan requests. Tony specializes in answering eligibility questions, turning SBA legalese into everyday language, and quoting SBA policy faster than anyone else in the country. Marilyn Mulvany
Marilyn has a long history of success at the SBA District office in both Dallas and San Antonio. She is well known to anyone who has ever worked in the SBA industry. Marilyn's time is spent on financial analysis and loan structuring. Lorene Collier-Purcy

Jessica Armstrong
Jessica keeps her focus on Business Development. She actively promotes the benefits of the 504 loan to the business community; as well as to lenders, brokers, franchisors and real estate professionals. She sees to it that lenders have access to ongoing training and are kept up to date with current rates. Prior to joining Alliance Lending, she was a SBA 7(a)loan originator.
